Cash Candles

Keep the wick cut to no but 1/4 in. for the thicker decorated wicks. No but 1/2 in. for the dilutant white wicks. The thicker wicks burn abundant hotter than the skinny white ones. we have a tendency to usually use the thicker decorated wicks for larger containers with heavier weight glass. the skinny white wcks area unit used for a lot of delicate and smaller containers. There is no have to be compelled to trim your wick upon receipt of your candle. we have a tendency to trim them to the proper length for lighting before they are packaged  to send your method. merely lightweight the 100 percent cotton wick, and burn long enough to *at least* gather a "melt pool" that spreads across the complete high expanse of your candle, usually one hour per in. of candle's surface diameter. Because soy wax includes a "burn memory," it'll solely burn as way because the previous burn. If you do not enable the soften pool to hide the surface before quenching the flame, it...

Cake Candles

Image
Another birthday week has passed us by in our birthday intense family. No worries, there will be more. Between my large family and my Irish husband’s clan, there is never a shortage of birthday cake and parties to go around. Never a lack of reasons to gather the troops, fire up the grills or ovens, let the music play and the laughter begin. One thing we are good at is celebrating and playing. Birthdays aren’t the only reasons to be bringing out the cake candles though. Celebrations remind us of what all the hard work is for. It’s the victory at the top of the hill. Even if the hill is small.  It’s the TA-DA when you finally get it right. It’s taking the moment to appreciate everyone around you and be grateful for the privelege of playing the game we call Life. It is so easy to get caught up in the work of our daily toil. It is never-ending. For most of us, the To-Do list is a mountain that is never going to be fully scaled. It is a two steps forward, one step back sort of thing- i...

Grape Scented Candles

Our testing notes should never take the place of your own personal testing. Always test fragrance altogether applications. We don't take responsibility for our test results differing from your test results. Natures Garden isn't liable for any finished products made with our raw ingredients. Cold process soap testing was done by our staff using strict controls. Stick blenders can help to include fragrance back to the grape scented candle within the event that it rices during the blending process. Soaping at temperature can help to scale back the likelihood of accelerated trace. Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. We knew this journey wasn’t getting to be easy. This new set of CandleScience standards presented many challenges and required closer working relationships with perfumers and chemists. It also required us to actually know our stuff!  It was tough going initially . We tested around 600 fragrance revisions in total. But slowly, steadily...we di...

Without the alcohol, you can still enjoy it during the holiday season and still feel festive. Our Eggnog Candle Recipe is simple enough to make and smells exactly like the real thing since we used our Eggnog fragrance oil. The air will fill with the scent of butter rum, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Yummy! We used Joy wax both for the eggnog part and for the creamy whipped topping. To top off our dessert candle beverage we used a real cinnamon stick to make it look even more authentic, just be sure to remove it before burning the candle! Candy Cane Candles

Image
I have to admit, jewelry candles are everywhere. I see ads everywhere the place for jewel candles, ring candles, necklace candles then on. I’m bombarded with requests to review ring candles – and that i have reviewed a couple of – but it’s quite one among those novelty items where, once you’d done it, you’re kind of over it. But that’s just me. Now to give as a gift? Perfect! What are jewelry candles exactly? They’re candy cane candles with a present somewhere inside the wax and it might be anything from an upscale diamond ring to trinket jewelry. You never know what you’re going to get with each candle you purchase. The above aren’t really any cons that I can think of to this type of candle and I admit, they’re fun, especially if you plan to burn one around your kids. I remember the last time I reviewed a jewel candle, my son who was at the time seven watched and waited with baited breath to see what treasure my candle would produce. He even declared that whatever it was, it wou...

Fragrant Jewels Reviews

Image
Fragrant Jewels reviews offer candles with a twist. You may have seen them advertised on social media or around the web as ‘ring candles’, and that is just what they are. As your candle burns down you'll find a hoop wrapped in foil that's worth up to $10000! They have been around for about 2 years now and remain amongst the foremost popular brands of ring candles to the present day. I’ve been hearing many good things about them lately and have also taken a keen interest in some of their newer products. One of the items that stood bent me once you compare a Fragrant Jewels candle with most other jewelry type candles is that these are made with a less oft-used clean burning coconut wax blend. The majority of their direct competitors use soy wax, which is also an eco-friendly alternative to paraffin, but I’m excited to see how this wax compares. Another thing that should be noted is these candles have a higher max possible jewelry value of $10000 which is only matched by Jewelry ...

Hidden Jewelry Candles

Image
For one thing, they aren’t always what you would expect the “most-wanted” products to be. Last year, FJ rolled out, with much fanfare, a Hello Kitty collection. I didn’t order it because I assumed something that was so heavily promoted would be included in my Inner Circle membership, but Hello Kitty never materialized.  Looking at the prices, the Hello Kitty products are more expensive than other FJ gift sets ($42.95 f or a hidden jewelry candles and bath bomb or set of three bath bombs), so I’m sure that’s why they didn’t send it out to Inner Circle members…  At the same time, as someone who is spending money with the company reliably, month after month, I feel like this is one of those times when, as a business owner, you should consider whether it isn’t good customer relations to make sure your most loyal customers get your most exciting products. (The Hello Kitty products and a Barbie collection also aren’t discounted to Inner Circle members, which seems like another misse...

Eggnog Candles

Image
It’s officially fall, it’s officially October and that means we can officially start thinking about the holidays! For me, that means crisp, pine-scented mornings, cozy knits, hot toddies, and eggnog candle . I love the creamy, nutmeg-laced beverage that only gets better with age, but making a fresh batch is admittedly a process. I wanted a way to keep the delicious scent of the holiday drink filling my living room all season without having to make batch after batch of eggnog (but don’t get me wrong, I’ll definitely be whipping some up in the near future!). So i made a decision to share a soy wax candle DIY with an eggnog-scented mixture volatile oil that do the trick quite nicely. To begin my soy wax candle DIY project, I started by rounding up a bunch of vintage glassware in different shapes, sizes and height. A good thrift store is my go-to for treasure hunts like this. I gathered a bunch of glass, crystal, and gold-trimmed glasses to use as my candle vessels and to go along...
